They apply to every cleanup and every month of monitoring. They are short on purpose.

You own your domain, registrar, Google listing and site files.
Your web address is registered in your name, in a registrar account you control. Your Google listing stays under your own Google account. Your website's files are yours.
We never ask for your passwords, and we never register or claim anything in our name. Where a fix needs your account, you choose: add us as a manager on it, like your Google listing or website host, and remove us whenever you like, or follow our plain steps and do it yourself.
Everything is exportable free within ten days.
Ask by email and within ten days we send you everything we hold for your business: your site files, the screenshots and reports we made, and notes on where each thing lives.
There is no fee for this, whether you stay with us or leave.
Month to month, cancel by one email.
The monitor is $120 a month with no contract. To stop it, send one email. No form, no phone call, no reason needed.
The cleanup is a one-time $395, so there is nothing to cancel.
